We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next business day.

Once dispatched:
WA: up to 5 business days
Metro Australia: up to 10 business days
Regional Australia: up to 14 business days

Where do you deliver?

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. Delivery is free when you spend over $65, which covers all of our bundles.
Standard delivery for individual products is $9.95.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to update it.

What if my parcel is delayed?

Check your tracking first. If something doesn't look right, contact us with your order number and we'll help you figure out what's going on.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damage so we can help. You can find our returns page here.

Do you ship internationally?

Not right now. After Daily currently delivers within Australia.
